I find peace in the midst of chaos by allowing myself to feel. By giving myself permission to feel pain, sorrow, jealousy, hatred I prevent myself from acting upon any of them: my duty is to eliminate chaos, not create more of it. Only with time and discipline can I eliminate those emotions and once again let beauty embrace my soul.
