When I look out to sea it clears my mind
I forget about everything
In this picture my shoes are on the beach
Because I am swimming in the sea!

I find peace in the sway of the sea and in the colours of my paint.
I find peace in a sleep without nightmares. I find peace in knowing I have a safe home to live in.
