There is an inner sky that resides in all of us. Clouds, weather and turbulence come and go, but the sky abides, unhurried, unhurt, imperturbable. Thoughts and emotions project on it like on a screen, but it remains serene. In the midst of chaos, I take a deep breath and access this inner sky. Even when I forget, the sky is always there. To access it better, I meditate. And when I remember to breathe it out, it can remind others of their own inner sky.
