In the midst of chaos, I find inner peace through the practice of QiGong, an ancient exercise for removing stagnant energy and replacing it with positive, loving energy, and Taize, a meditative series of chants sung as a prayer for world peace. Both of these practices strengthen and nourish our spiritual, human connection and encourage us to be loving and peaceful towards ourselves and each other.
