I am thankful for my family, my friends, and all the beauty that God has allowed me to experience. I name every sight, every sound, every feeling, every smell: the air, the wind, the water, the bridges, the birds, the flowers and trees, the hills, the valleys, the sun and am mindful of all I am allowed to experience. I am peaceful for these few precious glorious moments."
