I find peace through mindfulness. When I close my eyes, I retreat into my inner world and allow the random unconscious thoughts and mental chattering to emerge freely. I simply acknowledge them without resisting or engaging them.

I like to see each thought as a light bulb. I dim each of the light switches one by one until my mind becomes peaceful and quiet again.

And so I ask you:
